The pertinent
provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall
govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid
Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids,
Post-qualification and Award of Contrac t.
Issuances of Bid
Documents are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting on August 28,
2012. Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference
Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato.
Bid Documents will be
available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable Bid
Document Fee which is stated above to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the
Local Government Unit of Magpet.
