The pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract.

Issuance of Bid Documents are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting March 27, 2013. Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference Hall, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato.
