 The Local Government Unit of Magpet is inviting all interested bidders and suppliers for the Various Construction Supplies (Sangguniang Bayan – LIF), with an ABC of 250,000.00.

The pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract.

The schedule of activities is listed, as follows:

1. Issuance of Bid Documents	Mondays – Fridays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2. Pre-bidding Conference	June 7, 2012, Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Bldg., Magpet, Cotabato, 10:00 AM
3. Opening of Bids	June 29, 2012, Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Bldg., Magpet, Cotabato, 10:00 AM

Issuances of Bid Documents are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting on June 29, 2012. Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato.

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable Bid Document Fee of PhP 1,500.00 to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the Local Government Unit of Magpet.
