INVITATION TO BID (RE-BID)

         The Local Government Unit of Magpet is inviting all interested bidders and suppliers for the following projects:

3	Completion of One (1) Unit Single Storey Two Classroom Elementary Building @ Bagumbayan Elem. School, Funded under the GGP - Japan  Gov’t	769,600.00	June 25, 2012 @ 1:30 PM	July 2, 2012 @1:30 PM	2,000.00

The pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract.

Issuances of Bid Documents are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting on June 25, 2012. Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato.

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable Bid Document Fee which is stated above to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the Local Government Unit of Magpet.
