INVITATION TO BID

                                                                        

The Local Government Unit of Magpet, through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites suppliers, caterers for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for the 50^th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Magpet with an ABC of PhP 1,000,000.00.

The pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract.

Issuances of Bid Documents are on Mondays to Fridays from 8:00AM – 5:00PM starting on July 8, 2013. Pre-bidding conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato

Schedule of activities are as follows:

ACTIVITIES	SCHEDULE
1. Issuance of Bid Documents	Mondays – Fridays
2. Pre-bid Conference	July 15, 2013 @ 10:00 AM
3. Opening of Bids	July 29, 2013 @ 1:00 PM

 

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Two Thousand Pesos only (PhP 2,000.00) to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the Local Government Unit of Magpet.
