INVITATION TO BID

 

The Local Government Unit of Magpet, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ distributors for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS for the hereunder project:

The pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract.

Issuances of Bid Documents are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting on June 24, 2013. Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato.

The schedule of activities is listed, as follows:

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Two Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,000.00) to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the Local Government Unit of Magpet.
