INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit of Magpet, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ distributors for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS for the hereunder project:

Name of Project                :     ROAD REHAB/ IMPROVEMENT ALONG ILIAN-CAUNOD-CROSSING                                                                                  PROVINCIAL ROAD SECTION WITH SPOT CONCRETING AND CROSSDRAINANGE

Brief Description            :    Roadway crowning and ditching with compaction, installation of 

                                           Item 200 Subbase Course, Spot Concreting (1 lane 3.2 m width), 

                                           554.3 lm 6” thk., excavation and installation of 2 lanes 6 pcs. – 

                                           24”Ø x 1 RCPCulvert with headwall and apron

Location                           :  Ilian, Magpet, Cotabato

Amount                            :  PhP 1,406,646.00

The pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract.

Issuances of Bid Documents are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting on June 24, 2013. Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato.

The schedule of activities is listed, as follows:

3. Submission of Letters of Intent	June 24, 2013 – July 15, 2013 @ 9:00 A.M.

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 2,500.00) to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the Local Government Unit of Magpet.
