INVITATION TO BID

 

The Local Government Unit of Magpet, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ distributors for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS for the hereunder project:

 

Name of Project                  :       UPGRADING OF BARANGAY PROPER – SITIO RIVERSIDE

                                                   FARM TO MARKET ROAD

Brief Description                  :      Roadway crowning and ditching with compaction, installation of 

                                                   aggregate subbase course 6” thk., installation of forms and tie 

                                                   bars, pouring of one lane concrete pavement 6” thk., 1,500 lm.

Location                               :      Kamada, Magpet, Cotabato

Amount                                 :    PhP 2,650,078.00

 

The pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) shall govern all particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract.

Issuances of Bid Documents are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting on June 24, 2013. Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids will be held at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Magpet, Cotabato.

The schedule of activities is listed, as follows:

2. Pre-Bid Conference	July 8, 2013 @10:00 A.M.
3. Submission of Letter of Intent	June 24, 2013 – July 15, 2013 @ 9:00 A.M.
4. Opening of Bids	July 15, 2013 @ 10:00 A.M.

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Pesos (PhP 3,000.00) to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the Local Government Unit of Magpet.
